Qualifications (Education, Experience, Industry/Functional Knowledge, etc. ): 1.Bachelor degree or above and Engineering related majors. 2.More than 5 years experience in mix of Quality, production and process engineering experience. 3.Experience with new product introduction in volume manufacturing specifically. 4.Strong Coordination, Communication Skill, Good project management skill and leadership abilities.
