Secure high customer satisfaction at lowest possible cost in a multichannel scope for goods availability and customer order fulfilment. ? Responsible for leading and inspiring the logistics team by working closely with store commercial team and Country CFF team. ? Actively participate in the management process to create the store business plan and logistic action plan, using global and country input. ? Trigger and follow up on all logistic actions that support the country growth direction. ? Accountable for securing sufficient short-/ mid-/ and long-term Store Fulfilment capacity, in line with the commercial direction, changing customer behaviours (shift of Cash
