As the Site HRBP at Honeywell UOP Zhangjiagang, you will play a critical role managing the HR function at the site. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that support the overall business objectives and drive employee engagement and productivity. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws ? Excellent communication skills ? Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels ? Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events We Value ?
