Responsible for ensuring that all customer facing areas are in shape as new and that all equipment is in full working order. Contribute to the creation and implementation of the unit business plan and the IKEA Retail Food business plan and other action plans. Identify areas and improve the business to secure a seamless customer experience by seeking and acting on customer feedback. Secure a lean, diverse and high-performing team through building IKEA Food and IKEA competence whilst empowering co-workers to act on their own initiative. Responsible for the implementation of the global and national people and sustainability strategies.
