设备制造质量工程师，全面参与项目过程并对项目各个阶段的质量管理和控制进行把控。对内参与或主导各阶段的评审，质量控制计划的制定，设备的检查验收等，对外参与评审客户要求，协调处理客户投诉等。
任职资格（要求）：
1. 本科学历，机械自动化等相关专业
2. 3年以上机械设备行业质量相关工作经验，有项目质量管理经验者优先
3. 熟悉机械制造装配过程，有非标自动化行业质量管理经验者优先
4. 会使用8D，FMEA，MSA，CGK，CMK等质量工具
5. 熟练使用office办公软件
6. 工作认真细致，良好的沟通和团队协作能力
7. 英语熟练
关键任务MISSION

?Ensure quality rules and methods are deployed and followed during machine Parts incoming process, machine assembly, and finished machine quality control;
?Lead the related activities in case of machine quality issue;
?Organizes the quality continuous improvement;
?Develop adequate controls to ensure machine quality;
?Stop the line in case of major non-conformity.
主要责任Primary Responsibilities
Outline the key areas of responsibility for this position, including all related activities under each area
Safety:
?Have authority to stop machines in case of immediate risk to avoid safety accidents and people injured;
?Must comply with all safety rules and regulations and promote safety awareness.
Customer satisfaction
?Personnel responsible for conformity to product requirements have authority to stop shipment and stop production. And all shifts are staffed with personnel in charge of (or with delegated responsibility) ensuring conformity to product requirements;
?Ensure customer requirements are met ( including but not limited to: setting quality objective, corrective and preventive actions, capacity analysis, logistics information, Customer score cards and Customer portals);
?Responsible to take care all quality issues;
?Other duties as assigned.
POWMC Quality maintain and continuous improvement:
?Organizes the quality continuous improvement;
?Coordinates quality activities and, supervising relevant Key process/Process Characteristics (KPC)/control plan on all related documents during all phases of machine quality control;
?Defines and supports the establishment of quality file according to internal and external requirements;
?Organizes and lead the action taken and 8D report in case of customer quality issue;
?Carries out the necessary internal audit, prepare and Lead the internal and external audit;
?Analyses internal quality problem and evaluate corrective actions in case of deviation;
?Identifies and warns on quality risks and deviations on product;
?Coaches and guides POWMC team members on the utilization of quality tools and methods;
?Records POWMC quality LL and shares experience within POWMC and supplier;
?Respect the PPE and safety rules of company;
?No right to sign the deviation waiver;
People development
?Responsible for the training and training assessment of inspectors;
?Responsible for skill matrix of inspectors and implement the training plan for inspectors.
